Step 1 - Requesting access to SDS

Access to the data housed on the Synthetic Data Server (SDS) is granted by the relevant data provider. In order to access

Once access is granted, you will receive an account creation message, directing you to a page on this site. You will then have access to TWO compute servers: the ECCO compute nodes (on ecco.vrdc.cornell.edu), and the restricted-access SDS. Follow the instructions in the email for the initial setup, and start computing.
