We have occasionally heard from users who wish to download QWIPU files for all states in a convenient "package". While tabulations based on these files may suffer from selection bias for early years due varying levels of availability of historical QWI across states (see this graph for an illustration), and we suggest users use the prototype National QWI, created by John M. Abowd and Lars Vilhuber, when feasible available, we have created just such a convenience package, at
http://download.vrdc.cornell.edu/qwipu.experimental/.
These are data files generated by Lars Vilhuber based on public-use data published by the U.S. Census Bureau. They are simply concatenated versions of all available state-level files for each release. If a state is missing, no data is included. No summary across all available states is provided either. Information on file naming conventions and metadata closely follows the QWIPU Metadata Schema, and users will find more detail on the above download location.
