Use our RSS feed. If you view this site with Firefox, you should see the RSS icon on your Firefox taskbar. You can then add this as a "live bookmark" or as a feed to your integrated RSS reader. I recommend Firefox with Sage for RSS reading - free, stable, and efficient.
There are also plugins that allow to read RSS the same way as emails. On Thunderbird/Mozilla, no plugin is needed. Simply use the "add a new account" wizard, and for the VRDC news site, add
http://lservices.ciser.cornell.edu/news/xml-rss2.php
as the feed URL.
