JAGS 4.1 RPM packages released.

We provide packaging support for JAGS (Just Another Gibbs Sampler). Version 4.1 was recently released, and binary packages are now available. More details at https://www.ncrn.cornell.edu/software/jags-for-rhel-centos-opensuse/.

JAGS 3.3.0 binaries released

Martyn Plummer recently released version 3.3.0 of JAGS. We have been providing binaries, and a variety of RHEL and SUSE binaries can be downloaded from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/cornell_vrdc/.

JAGS2 RPM updated, solving a minor installation issue

We maintain RPM packages for openSUSE, RHEL, and CentOS for Martyn Plummer's JAGS2 (Just Another Gibbs Sampler, see http://sourceforge.net/projects/mcmc-jags/). A minor issue with the installation of the -devel packages (necessary for using rjags) was solved yesterday (we removed the dependency on 'pkgconfig').
