JAGS 4.1 RPM packages released.

We provide packaging support for JAGS (Just Another Gibbs Sampler). Version 4.1 was recently released, and binary packages are now available. More details at https://www.ncrn.cornell.edu/software/jags-for-rhel-centos-opensuse/.

[ECCO] Matlab R2014b available on compute nodes

Matlab R2014b has been installed on ECCO compute nodes (official release notes). In order to use it in your programs, please use the "module" command. The default "qmatlab" script does not yet use the newer version.

JAGS 3.3.0 binaries released

Martyn Plummer recently released version 3.3.0 of JAGS. We have been providing binaries, and a variety of RHEL and SUSE binaries can be downloaded from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/cornell_vrdc/.
