[Web] Brief downtime 2012-01-18 for web servers

We will be bringing the web servers (this web server, the download site, as well as the SVN repositories) down for a brief (hopefully less than 30 minutes) downtime, from 9:00 AM (EST) to 9:30 AM. The compute servers (SSG, SDS) will not be affected (your access may be affected if you use the web-based login).
