Zero-obs files for the Ownership Change Database (OCD) are now available on VirtualRDC's SSG compute nodes. They can be found under
(/data/virtualrdc)/economic/ocd/microdata
The location after the parentheses corresponds to the file location in the Census RDC. Note: these files contain no records, and thus no confidential information.To access Census-confidential versions of the OCD, you need to contact your local Census RDC administrator.
